Dear Directors,
Here comes my report :
■ We lost the Chinese investor who was to buy our land. I understand he was previously conned 20M so when we seemed to change goal posts he got scared away .He bought land opposite ours for the same amount.

■The loss came with other repercussions like demororalizing my very reliable land agent Mr. Mungai. He says we dented his credibility among his peers and since then he has not been very keen with our business.

■ He has requested we appoint him officially as one of our land agents:basically write him a letter to that effect so he can authoritatively and confidently re engage (I suggest I do it to save on time unless there is an objection)

■ Personally I have engaged other land agents in Kitengelaand for the last 10 days or so, NO ENQUIRIES .

■ Between now and Sunday I will be following some leads of a guy who may be interested in one acre .

■ Should any of us clinch a 13M deal and above, I plead with us to work on our speed ; our reaction time is way quite slow. Remember, some one's money, airtime, time, fuel and fatigue is the cost to bring a deal on the table .
