First Meeting: choosing a regular day, time, & place

Hi everybody ! ! !

Whole-group input needed...we need to start meeting every two weeks to
organize into work groups before ground-breaking.

Please post your day/time availability for regular meetings every 2
weeks.

(If you can, please budget 2 hours, and reserve this time thru June-
ish, when things should be underway, and we can meet less, if at
all.)

Meeting place: We will meet within the vicinity of Downtown or Depot
Town, Ypsilanti.
>>Does anyone know of a place we could use that has a *wipeboard*?

Meeting preview: At our meeting, we will 1) elect roles and
responsibilities, and 2) review our mission statement, assets list,
site plan, 3) create goals with timelines, and 4) organize our
outreach to volunteers.

I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone who's new, and together
finishing the plans that we began in the workshop. We gained great
tools, but the work is yet to do.Thank you to everyone who is
participating. The Prospect Park community garden doesn't exist
without us. If you have thought of a friend who would like to be
involved, bring them to our meeting.
