I have a bi-level studio apartment for rent. It’s near Second and Rogers with free on site parking. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the B- line and maybe a 15 minute walk to campus. Tenant pays electric and WiFi.  I cover water bill. Rent is $1000. Has a fully stocked kitchen and furnished living room and bedroom as well. You can have access to garage if you need storage.  Furniture can also be removed if you don’t want it. The upstairs area is pretty big so lots of room for a bed and then couch and tv.
