PHNA meeting, Monday, Aug. 3

Hi,

We will meet Monday, Aug 3, at 6:30, at Southern Knoll, 1105 W. 3rd Street.The agenda is attached. One of the items for discussion will be a proposal from two of the county commissioners to use the land that is now Hopewell to build the new jail, not housing, as the city has planned for the last few years, with our input. We will discuss and then we will contact city and county officials about our feelings and reasoning on this idea.

There are other agenda items, such as PHNA election, fall picnic, and  a neighborhood-wide garage sale on Aug. 29.
