No PHNA meeting Nov 4 and a Bloomington Transit survey about a potential new line

Hi, Everyone,

Two things:

1. PHNA will not meet Monday, Nov. 4. We will plan to meet Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 6:30 at Southern Knoll, 1105 W 3rd to plan for 2025.

2. BT wants to hear from EVERYONE, even those who have never ridden on the bus, because it will affect drivers of cars and bikes, as well as transit riders: https://www.transformbt.com/green-line
