Rogers Street closing June 15-26

Hi, Everyone,

What a great turnout Tuesday for the Food Truck Party Tuesday evening! We had over 60 people in the course of the 2 hours! Thanks to all who came, and to the food trucks and the band!

Big news! Rogers will be fully closed from June 15-26 between 2nd and Third Street. 

After our discussion of recent months, the city is installing pedestrian refuge islands at Rogers/Howe and bump outs at Rogers/Smith and Rogers/Prospect. Parking on Rogers will be maintained. The contractor is going to complete as much of the construction work as possible in those two weeks because College Ave is closing down from June 30-July 24 for work on the Connector between the old Convention Center and the addition to the Convention Center. The detour route for that closure will be Rogers Street.
