Winners will be announced at the PHNA Meeting on Monday, November 1st, 6:30pm at Southern Knoll community center (3rd and Walker) and via email after the meeting. 

Trick-Or-Treating

The City of Bloomington trick or treating hours are 5:30pm-8:30pm on Sunday, October 31st. Neighbors will be participating, and there will be some members of First Church of the Nazarene on Howe Street doing "trunk or treat".
