November updates

[Prospect Hill]

1.  Nov. 1 - Garage Sale indoors,  10-1,   524 W 3rd St. Enter from Jackson Street

 

Includes holiday items, clothes, jewelry, books, cassettes, recliner, Shiatsu massager, and more.

2.  Prospect Hill Neighborhood Assn will not meet Nov. 3. We plan to meet Dec. 1.

3. The volunteers at Rose Hill Cemetery had a very successful year:

TOTALS 2025 RHC

38 unique volunteers (many come almost every work day)

5 workdays

208 hours

131 headstones repaired by volunteers

53 headstones repaired by professional

4.  If anyone wants to help, the next cemetery project is to place holiday wreaths at the graves of veterans on Saturday, December 13. There are over 1300 veterans buried in Rose Hill. Contact me if you are interested. If you are interested in donating a wreath or more, see Wreaths Across America online. 

5.  The Church of the Nazarene at 700 W Howe is having Trunk or Treat Oct. 31 if you have children who would like to attend.
