I'm a US citizen with Permanent Resident status in Canada. When I bought this place I don't think anybody asked me what my citizenship was, but you'd have to check with immigration laws about residency. 

The board is harassing just ME and only me. My neighbors are appalled at how I'm being treated and I'm fighting mad. Forbidding me from owning a web site and an online business - and appearing on talk radio! - violates fundamental rights and freedoms... freedom of expression, freedom of the press, etc. By the time my lawyer and I get through with them they will be eating their words... and none of the owners will be denied their basic human rights. I've been uploading new versions of my web sites in defiance... and they will likely take measures to evict me. They're going to look pretty stupid if they do. 

Lesson: never tell a woman with national press and media contacts that she's not allowed to earn a living by selling books online or publishing a web site!

PS My speaking fees will count toward money raised to pay off the condo. The sooner I raise the money, the sooner I can give away the condo.
