Booklet printers?

[Lilly]

Any good, well, cheap booklet printers? I have 3 of my ebooks I would
like to sell as booklets. Two of them have full color on each page.
It would be great to keep them under $5 each, but as I only need about
200 copies each, I am afraid this is going to be very pricey!
