I've been approached by a meeting planner in Nigeria, and gave him my
standard price for two events in Lagos. Now he's saying he'd like to
take advantage of my being on-continent to work with colleagues in
other countries (and there's a clear undertone that he will expect
some kind of economy of scale). I have a goal of seeing more of the
world, and this of course would be a good way to do it. The question
is, what sort of economy of scale should I provide. We're probably
talking abut six events for three groups over three weeks.

Thanks in advance,
Shel

I'd offer a 25% break providing you get all the BOR sales, lodging and
travel paid. As you know, the booking fees are not what pay the bills. :)

I be careful about booking anything in Nigeria.

I've heard of too many stories of people not getting
paid when dealing with companies in that country.

Think of all the emails that come from Nigeria concerning
the millions you supposedly inherited.
