Prosody 0.11.x EOL, version support policy

Hello,

I don't know how well-known our support policy for old version is.

The policy is: We support the branch (e.g. 0.11 or 0.12) that's in a
currently supported version of Debian, not including LTS. Right now
that's only Debian 12, as Debian 11 just hit the end of the regular
security support <https://www.debian.org/News/2024/20240814>

Therefore, as Debian 11 was the last to carry Prosody 0.11.x, the 0.11
branch has reached end of life and will receive no further updates.
The last release was 0.11.14 released almost two years ago in late 2022.

Community modules that are kept for the benefit of Prosody 0.11 users
may now be deleted and compatibility with 0.11 may be removed from other
modules.

Further, we will stop building packages for, and eventually remove the
Debian 11 distribution from our package repository in the future.
