how can i fix "no-such-group"

In the bash return when i put : prosodyctl status
return : Warning: Couldn't switch to Prosody user/group 'prosody'/'prosody': no-such-group
There is no 'pidfile' option in the configuration file, see https://prosody.im/doc/prosodyctl#pidfile for help
someone knows how can fix this ?
