[PATCH] mod_turn_external: hand out credentials for type == turns too

Hi,

Attached is a patch to properly enable turns support, which I believe never worked as the credentials weren't actually handed to clients. I'm not familiar with the codebase though hence please point out if I'm missing something obvious - thanks!
