[patch] mod_cloud_notify: add note on required open s2s port for push registration

Dear Prosody Developers,

I suggest the attached patch for inclusion into the documentation of mod_cloud_notify. The module depends on mod_s2s and not every user of prosody is familiar with the required open ports for the other modules.
