Jitsi Installation certificates

  I have installed jitsi. But because of some reason, I changed the webserver-certifcate after I completed the installation, but I did not change the prosody certificate. May this cause problems for jitsiusers?

Please let me know what is the issue that you have undergone. And font-end SSL certificates not couple with prosody certificates.
