[PATCH] Allow mod_pubsub_subscription to subscribe from a bare JID

I am working on a module to allow MUCs to subscribe to pubsub nodes and for
compatibility with access_model whitelist it makes sense to subscribe as the
MUC jid instead of as the component host JID. Attached patch makes that
possible.
