Knowing when your baby is ready for table foods is an exciting milestone. If you're warming your Babyblends, just place in a warm bowl of water or transfer to a heat-safe bowl and heat using the method of your choice. Just be sure to stir so there are no hot spots and test the temperature yourself before offering to your baby.

Lunch offers an ideal background for a special occasion or a business meeting. Brunch has an upbeat vibe serving interesting twists on the classics. Our wine list offers a unique selection of full and half bottles intended to match the cuisine with experience and budget in mind.

Little Owl is open for both indoor and heated outdoor dining. Partially-covered outdoor dining is available streetside, and fully-enclosed outdoor dining is available in our all-weather tent*. (Both outdoor options are heated; however, proof of vaccination is required to dine in our enclosed tent.)

Group Dining at little owl consists of a multi-course prix-fixe dinner menu at a rate of $95/person.

Planning a menu with you prior to your reservation allows us to best serve large parties in our small, intimate space and sets us all up for success.

Group Dining is available any day of the week. We ask for five days notice in order to ensure availability and allow adequate time to plan your experience.

A $100 booking fee is due prior to planning your experience, after which your credit card information will be kept on file. Reservations have until 3:00pm the day prior to cancel, after which you will incur a cancellation fee of $50/person. Confirmed reservations who no-show are subject to a full cancellation fee at a rate of $95/person.

The Little Duck Diner is a \u201Cvintage chic diner\u201D reminiscent of dining cars and diners of the late 20\u2019s and 30\u2019s with a contemporary twist. Inspired by our \u201Clittle ducklings,\u201D our children, the diner embodies the youthfulness within all of us with the refinement and quirks of an era from which the \u201CDiner\u201D as we know it was born.

Unveiled on 23 August 1913, The Little Mermaid was a gift from Danish brewer Carl Jacobsen to the City of Copenhagen. The sculpture is made of bronze and granite and sits in the water at Langelinie Pier.

Every morning and evening she swims to the surface from the bottom of the sea and, perched on her rock in the water, she stares longingly towards the shore hoping to catch a glimpse of her beloved prince.

The brewer was so captivated by both the fairy tale and the ballet that he commissioned the sculptor Edvard Eriksen to create a sculpture of the mermaid.

Inspired by a ballerina

The sculpture was inspired by ballerina Ellen Price, who in 1909 danced the lead role in the ballet The Little Mermaid at the Royal Theatre.

The headless mermaid

The little mermaid has several times been the victim of vandalism. Twice she has lost her head, once the arm was sawn off, and several times she has had paint poured on her. Thankfully, she is always rescued and restored, so she can stay in her place by the water and bid travellers welcome to Copenhagen harbor.
