PLEASE NOTE: A few changes have been made to the Athletic Field Usage Information Packet, so review it carefully, along with the Athletic Field Conditions of Use, before applying for a permit.
All Athletic Field Usage Applications MUST include a choice of 3 parks and MUST be sent to: mprdathle...@cityofmobile.org. (The Adobe format requires the form to be filled out on a desktop or tablet.)
So what if the rental agreement says $1500 per month for the site AND then utilities--which are paid at the same time to the same landlord and part of the same agreement? Do I lose the entire write off or just subtract the utilities? I live in California but am mostly interested in the answer for the IRS. Thanks
School Property Tax Credit: Available if you paid rent during 2020 for living quarters that was used as your primary residence OR you paid property taxes on your home. Not available if you or your spouse claims the veterans and surviving spouses property credit.
If you do qualify for a credit, you must submit a copy of your 2020 property tax bill (if you owned and occupied your home) or an original rent certificate signed by your landlord (if you rented your home) along with your Schedule H or H-EZ.

A non-refundable, reservation fee in the amount of $100.00 is due immediately upon City approval of the rental. This fee is to reserve the date and will be retained by the City should the rental be cancelled by the renter. In the event the City should have to cancel the rental, the deposit will be refunded in full.
The reservation deposit will be deducted from the rental fee if the event is held. Payment of all other fees is due by twenty (20) business days prior to date of use. All fees will be deposited. Failure to meet payment deadline may result in forfeiture of reservation deposit and cancellation of rental.
In the event the City cannot deliver the Stage and fulfill its part of the agreement, a full refund including all deposits will be made. The City will not be held further responsible. The renter will be billed for any additional man- hours needed for any event that goes beyond the scheduled times.
If Parks & Recreation is called back after the Stage is delivered and erected, for any reason, a call back fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

It is the entire agreement between us concerning this rental. Any change in this agreement or our rights must be in writing and signed by an authorized Budget Truck Rental, LLC officer. You also agree that you are not our agent for any purpose. Your copy of this agreement should be carried in the truck at all times during the rental. By signing the Rental Document you agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction to violate any applicable law, then that provision will not be enforced to the extent of such ruling but the remainder of this agreement will remain in effect.
