I've recently bought the complete edition on steam because 1. rpcs3 wouldn't accept my gta iv copy 2. modding. No need to say more.
Because of the second point I downgraded (via the downgrader tool, installed all mods that were shown and created my own commandline.txt) my game to 1.0.8.0 patch with sneeds radio downgrade with the old radio version.
Issue is that the txt file is in fact working for some prompts since VRAM and scaling are shown to be used in both settings and while the game is running whereas it seems some are no, the game seems to start in a small window but expands to full screen when fully loaded, mods and all. These are the lines I have in my txt file (all in one line with spaces):

With commandline.txt, read the "ReadMe.txt" in the root of GTA IV. It has a section for how those arguments work. If I remember correctly it is a lot smaller number you put then what you did. I think it is like for every 500 MB you have. So 4.0 would be 2000. If I am incorrect then someone please correct me as this comes from just memory...

My question is, how can I get the commandline.txt document working with FiveM? The commandline.txt document is something you can add to your GTA 5 directory to set things such as graphics settings to launch from the start. I am trying to use it to set the games resolution to my VR headsets native res. I was able to do this in storymode with steams launch options, but FiveM does not seem to recognize that either. Is there some other way for me to force a resolution? Thanks!

Edit: This file was already to the resolution I needed. So I have tried setting a resolution using steams startup options, the commandline.txt file AND the settings.xml file. All are pointing to the resolution I need, yet none of them work with FiveM.
