Propertyware-Users: Comparable Rental Report

Has anyone had luck finding a report which lists similar properties to the ones you’ve rented in the last year? We use this feature to share with owners what other properties we’ve rented in their neighborhood with similar details/ amenities.

 

I have dug through a few reports, and some have features that could work, but so far I haven’t found one which would suffice for what I’m looking for (ie: the “Buildings” report under “Property Reports” is the closest option, but it doesn’t let you see the Rent or Target Rent).

 

Any suggestions from anyone else who might use this same feature? We like to give comps from our own inventory as well as other properties found on the MLS.
