Have any of you guys had problems with formatting in Mail Merge?  I keep getting double space paragraphs.

I.e. when I put in company address there are extra spaces in between the two address lines

Anyone know how to fix this?

Eugene,

I have to create a table – which is single spaced.  I don’t know any other way around it.  After you create your table, right click (with your cursor still in the table) and choose table properties.  Then change  the  Border Size to 0.  Then your border outline will not print.

I wish the mail merge template had better instructions – or was more like Word.  I find it very difficult to use sometimes.

Try holding down the shift key when pressing enter.  It should accomplish what you are after.

Hold down the Shift key and press Enter - that forces single spacing.
