Dear neighbor,
We need YOUR immediate attention.

We’ve begun reviewing returned petition envelopes—and what we found is alarming.

Several envelopes contained only the signature page.

Unfortunately, those signatures are NOT valid.

To be counted, each set of two signatures MUST include all 4 pages of the petition (printed together as one complete packet). If any pages are missing, the entire submission is invalid.

We know this is frustrating. You took the time to sign and support this effort—and we are deeply grateful. But we must follow the Secretary of State’s requirements exactly.

We have clearly explained every step on our website. Please take a moment to read it carefully.
Doing this quickly and hurriedly will only result in invalid submissions.

IMPORTANT — DO NOT MIX ADDRESSES

📬 Signature packets must be mailed to 1st Street address:
California Property Tax Exemption CA2026
2010 N. 1st Street, Ste 470
San Jose, CA 95131

💰 Donation envelopes must be mailed to Hamilton Avenue address:
California Property Tax Exemption CA2026
4950 Hamilton Avenue, Suite 108
San Jose, CA 95129
(Suggested contribution: $100+)

Here’s what to do right now:
• Download the latest petition from the website. Use the April version, not the March version.
• Print ALL 4 pages together (front/back as instructed)
• Complete it again (2 signatures per full packet). Make sure to fill out the circulator section.
• Mail it back immediately

We are on a tight timeline, and every valid signature matters.

Please do not assume your submission counted—take a moment to redo it correctly and ensure your voice is heard.

Thank you for standing with us.

Sincerely,
🇺🇸 Rishi Kumar 🇺🇸
