Step 1 — Sign Your Petition

Download the petition form, fill it, sign it.

Get another family member or neighbor to sign it too.

Complete the Collector section

Mail it in.
Just follow the instructions on our website.
Step 2 — Help Gather Signatures

Print as many copies of the petition document (all 4 pages form a set, double sided is fine).

Each 4-page set holds 2 signatures

Print extra copies before heading out to collect. Visit the senior center or your favorite grocery store.
