Dear Supporters,

We have received multiple petition packets from many of you. Thank you for taking the time to collect signatures, stand outside grocery stores, and walk your neighborhoods in support of this effort. Your dedication is greatly appreciated.

However, we also received several invalid packets containing only the signature sheets and lacking the required preceding pages. Please remember that each signature set (up to two signatures per packet) must include all four pages of the petition. A signature page by itself is invalid and cannot be submitted.

If this rings a bell, we recommend resubmitting the petition packets.

Please, please take a few minutes to read the FAQ on ouir website and carefully follow the instructions before mailing your packet.

There is little value in taking the time to gather signatures, prepare an envelope, affix postage, and mail a packet that ultimately cannot be counted because it does not meet the legal requirements.

Also, please remember to complete and sign the Circulator Declaration section if you are signing for yourself or collecting signatures from others. Packets without a properly completed circulator section may also be deemed invalid.

Thank you again for your support and for helping ensure that every signature we submit can be counted.

All petition packets should be mailed by June 24th.

Sincerely,

Sincerely,

🇺🇸 Rishi Kumar 🇺🇸
