We just switched to PBoss on Jan 1st. There were several reports I
used to use in Manage-IT in order to track the performance of
different property managers. I'd like to get your opinions on the
best way to get this info from PBoss:

How do I see how much is outstanding in the way of unpaid invoices
that are over 30 days old?

How do I look at the total amount of delinquent payments due from
tenants (total amount past due including all charges)? The A511
Delinquent Rent Report doesn't seem to correlate to the Lease Register
all the time.

Is there a report that will list all units under management and total
the number of units on the report?

The A190 - Late Payment Report will give you a list of all tenant with
a balance that is over 30 days old. When you run the report you will
have the option to select all leases greater than 'x' number of days
delinquent.

The A180 - Late Payment Aging Report will give you an accurate aged
receivables total that ties to the tenant register. This report also
shows partial payments.

The A410 - Rent Roll Report will give you a list of all properties
under management. The total units of property under management is
listed in the summary at the end of the Report (under the 'Units'
heading).
