Letter of Reservation

Is there a way to automatically generate a "letter of reservation" in
cases where the pay or quit notice has been issued and we are waiting
for our court date and the tenant pays a partial payment? I got
burned last week because my property manager forgot to deliver/send
the letter when the tenant made a small payment to us that didn't
cover the amount owed. This is something our state requires whenever
we receive funds from a tenant who has been put on notice to pay or
quit.

There is currently not an option to automatically generate a letter
based on the receipt of a partial payment when a resident is on
notice. However, you can create a new step in the Eviction Process in
PropertyBoss that prompts the manager to check to see if a partial
payment was made. You can visit Einstein Answers,

'processes' as the search to learn more (I would recommend checking
out the two 'FAQ' documents related to 'Tasks and Processes.' You can
create a letter associated with the partial payment using either the
integrated word processor in PropertyBoss or using Microsoft Word.
