Hi Linda, I have several email addresses for you so I am not sure if I sent the attached published by RUSI in UK, or even my piece in Small Wars Journal from last summer. But I can be sure this is current and I will get rid of the rest.

As you know someone, somehow has blocked me from the Google Group for property rights so I don't pay much attention to posts from it (I receive posts but cannot post replies, which for me is like torture). 

 

Anyway, in case at least I know this is a good email and I will delete all the others.  Hope you are well and happy. My son Clayton was in Brussels last month to testify to the EUP on property rights and help unveil a property rights paper from the vice chair of the development committee who has been on something of a mini crusade for property rights (Nirg Deva).  I have not been able to testify the last few times they held hearings, so I plan to go over and visit with him once the long-awaited paper from Cato is published.  Cheers, Peter Schaefer
