Request for Contribution; Agile Transformation Change Management Strategy

Hello every body

I am doing my PhD in change management strategy for agile transformation. We are looking for the best strategy to help companies that are interested in moving to agile. This is an exploratory research and final strategy will be theorized based on the grounded data. Agile transformation is a socio-technical process and this type of research method is suitable for investigation on it.

We need your support strongly; we are looking for volunteers that are interested in helping us.
