1.個人發表意見及想法

  怡辰：a.介紹尼羅河

              b.介紹圖坦卡門之謎

  劉真：a.利用導覽非洲文化、小吃方式進行 

              b.將非洲作區域性劃分來做介紹

  捲毛：a.介紹胡圖族與圖西族之間的衝突，影片：盧安達飯店

              b.採攤位體驗各國文化方式進行闖關遊戲

          品昀：a.主打非洲舞

                      b.將北非（金字塔、埃及豔后etc）及南非（血鑽石etc）特色分開介紹

          潘亭：a.利用玩大富翁遊戲的方式進行

                      b.非洲特殊文化體驗

          晨楊：a.亞馬遜河遊記

                      b.各種珍奇動植物特點介紹

    2.非洲各地特點、攤位進行方式

      北非：a.利用圖片搭配講解埃及神話故事

                  b.製作字卡進行文化或神話猜迷

                  c.筆電播放紀錄片

      中非：a.介紹熱帶雨林

                  b.利用「亞馬遜河遊記」為主軸，介紹周邊景色

      南非：a.利用與南非相關影片或電影預告片介紹當地文化

      東非：a.介紹東非的各種奇異動物

      西非：a.製作當地某一城堡模型並做介紹

                  b.象牙海岸、黃金海岸結合奴隸制度

 

三、會議結論

    1.將非洲分為北、中、南、東、西非五部分作介紹，各部分特點請見第二點

    2.採用闖關方式進行

    3.各關都可以包含問答題目的方式進行介紹

 

四、工作分配-請務必看清楚自己的所有工作項目喔！

        1.餐廳佈置：捲毛、品昀、晨楊

        2.板書：

商院	文院	法院	社科	公院

3.攤位準備：

北非	中非	南非	東非	西非

5.請怡辰租完場地後將餐廳宣傳品及板書書寫內容寄信通知大家

 

五、備註

    3/20(五)中午開會取消

    3/22(一)當天晚上請將個人的進度、收集到的資料、影片半成品etc寄給怡辰檢查

i am afraid i have to tell you that

 

一. 捲毛、品昀、晨楊

 

餐廳宣傳布置延後到3/24-3/25作

但是 這不代表你那兩天才開始作

事前準備最好準備好

那兩天就可以直接 貼上去了

 

 

延後原因如下

 

我們打算和PR event一起宣傳

 

 

這是aiesec第一次在北大辦全校性的活動

我希望我們能彼此互相配合

所有東西都到位

 

所以 我們餐廳布置擺飾也不要太破爛

裝飾或繪圖 盡量和我們的活動 或主打的賣點有關

 

可以大概想一下要怎麼包裝

詳細的地點 和講師等 禮拜三會出來

     1.如果要買材料 請先評估預算讓我知道

       意思就是  你要寫  要買哪些東西 用途

      因此你們要事先想好

    2.活動為 AIESEC explorer 系列活動講座

**1  我們活動是 4/7 (三)非洲之夜

          4/16(五)一整天

  **2  上午 講座   浪跡無國界

 **3    中午  GV    異國美食街

 **4   下午  講座  世界聽你指揮(由三個講師串聯)

     共有四個活動     所以宣傳單上務必包含此四個活動

 

二. 各個擺攤準備怎麼樣

有什麼問題或不知道怎麼作的化
