明後天開會須知

除了 品筠和 宣榕外

其他沒有和我開會的人

請務必在禮拜四或禮拜五中午 或另約其他時間

和我見面開會

 

或是在此封回你的時間

 

跟我見面時 最好你非洲準備的部分 有清楚的想法

 

我要很認真的強調一點!

 

這個活動的目的 是要讓對方對非洲有興趣

而不是說 他非得要學會多少非洲的知識

所以 我們要做的是

如何讓我們的活動變有趣 吸引人 和 印象深刻

 

假設你今天去上一堂課 或是 一個活動

卻發現 講師講的內容很無趣 或是他們表達的方式都了無新意

你們是不是會在心中評論他

說

哦 她也不過這樣嘛 這個組織太爛了

 

今天 是我們要辦活動

別人也會用同樣的眼光看待我們

看待我們@ 看待我們自己

 

如果我們只是把她當作一份例行公事 反正作出來就好了

那我們有什麼資格批評 哪個老師教不好 很混 活動很爛

因為?! 我們自己也這樣

 

我希望我們能做到越好越好

做到自己都滿意的時候

即使被人家批評

你至少能無愧的說

至少我盡力了

下次還能做更好
