data loss for 2 hours in prometheus 2.3.1 after prometheus restart

hi,

We are running prometheus inside docker container and when we restart the container, we see that 2 hrs of data is missing in grafana near to the container restart time.

I am suspecting that the in-memory data in WAL is not replayed properly and hence is missing in grafana .

Is there any workaround / fix for this ?
