Slack webhook woes

I notice that Slack now only allows to create webhooks which post to a given static preconfigured channel, it's no longer possible to override the channel in the payload of the webhook.

This makes it difficult to route alerts on labels and post to a given channel.

Maybe someone are aware of a webhook receiver which can proxy into slack as a slack-app in order to use labels for posting to a given channel?
