Query the total number of SNMP ifHCOutOctets in a period of time

to Prometheus Users

for example

At time 1, ifHCOutOctets = 1000

At time 2, ifHCOutOctets = 1200

When using sum(sum_over_time(ifHCOutOctets[1h])) will be 2200

But between time 1 and time 2, there is only 200 bits of traffic
