Blackbox Exporter on Windows

Hi folks!

Follow-up with the issue opened (and closed) here - https://github.com/prometheus/blackbox_exporter/issues/695 - we figured out that the executable binary for Windows is not compatible for installing as a Windows service unless we implement the service with something like https://github.com/kardianos/service to handle the start/control requests from the Windows service manager.

I made a naive attempt here - https://github.com/locmai/blackbox_exporter/pull/1- and it works well for both Windows and Linux hosts. 

I wonder if this would be an acceptable solution or we would rather take a different route for installing blackbox as a Windows service?
