Slack integration issue

Hello

We are using prometheus and Grafana inside kubernetes cluster.

Whereas I am not able to integrate it with Slack but working fine with Microsoft teams.

Below is the SSL error we are getting. Any idea why this is happening?

t=2020-05-18T13:31:43+0000 lvl=eror msg="failed to send notification" logger=alerting.notifier uid= error="Post https://hooks.slack.com/services/xxxxxx: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority"

That suggests your root trust certificates aren't configured correctly.
How have you deployed alertmanager? Is it via Prometheus Operator or
your own Docker image?
