Alert state on Alertmanager Reload.

Hi. Recently, I have started noticing that whenever I reload Alertmanager using the reload API, a resolved notification is sent out to the web-hooks. Is this the expected behavior? Because I have started noticing this behavior only recently.

For most of my alert rules, the for time is generally 5-10m.
