Time calculation

Hi team let we take an example like up metrics may I know to calculate the time range at what time to what time it is in 0 .

the content returned by API has timestamp included. you can calculate them by yourself.

Don't we have any function to calculate this time value of else I am using blackbox exporter I need to calculate if any target having probe_success as 0 in the duration of 5 minutes then only it should display in grafana how could we do that.
