Unable to scrape kafka connect connector status and task status metrics

Hi,

I'm not able to fetch the metrics even after using correct pattern. I also followed https://github.com/prometheus/jmx_exporter/blob/master/example_configs/kafka-connect.yml provided on Prometheus.

I tried to follow the exact same steps specified in this issue and was still unable to fetch it. https://github.com/prometheus/jmx_exporter/issues/663

Any help will be appreciated.

Just saying "it doesn't work even though everything is correct" doesn't let anyone help you.

Hi Brian,

I used this pattern to fetch the connector status in my kafka connect app.

Although using this pattern didn’t help me and I don’t see any metrics scrapped.

Can someone let me know the correct pattern to scrape the connector and task status metrics. What am I missing?
