How to add more Perfmon metrics to Node Exporter for windows

I when through Node Exporter for Windows. I would like to send perfmon metrics \SMTP Server\Remote Queue Length. How do I configure Node Exporter to send this type of metric to Prometheus

The node_exporter has been replaced with the wmi_exporter for windows.

Sorry I meant  wmi_exporter. How to I configure wmi_exporter to pick up perfmon metrics  \SMTP Server\Remote Queue Length. I had installed wmi_exporter-0.2.8-386.msi in the windows machine. there seems to be no option to tell  wmi_exporter.exe to send for  \SMTP Server\Remote Queue Length. Do i have to write an new collector in go to handle SMTP?

Prometheus WMI_exporter does not support \SMTP Server\Remote Queue Length perf counter out of the box. So, you have two mutually exclusive choices:

1. Clone wmi_exporter repository and write code to gather this counter. This will likely take a bit of time and you will end up with your own custom version of that exporter.
2. Go to https://goo.gl/5ekoA1 Follow the instructions and you will be done in 5-10 minutes. Also, pls. make sure that port number for exposing Prometheus endpoint is available and not blocked by Windows firewall. Usually any number >8000 is good.
