kubeprometheus container login details to delete WAL

Please suggest on how to login into kubeprometheus container and we are using google managed prometheus.

You can't, your Prometheus is managed by Google (and in reality, it's probably not actually Prometheus behind the scenes). We do not have login details for Google's infrastructure.

You will need to contact GCP support to resolve this issue.
