Can anyone help me create a dashboard for  Filtering of API for response time and 2x,4x,5x status,

Prometheus doesn't provide a dashboard of its own, so you'll need some other software which talks to the Prometheus API.

If you are asking about Grafana specifically, then the best place to ask would be the Grafana Community:
