prometheus pushgateway metrics not replicating on GUI

Hi Folks,

I was trying to push some custom metrics to the push gateway , even tho the curl output displays the metrics on CLI :

# curl -L http://pushgateway:9091/metrics/ | grep some_metric

TYPE some_metric untyped
some_metric{instance="",job="some_job"} 3.14

But when I query it in the GUI it says no data.

Do I have to do any configuration changes for them to be replicated on GUI ?

What exactly do you mean when you say "query it in the GUI"? Do you mean it does not appear on the root page (/) of the Pushgateway itself in the UI, or you cannot query the data via Prometheus? In the latter case, are you scraping the Pushgateway with Prometheus?
