Response time for each query in Prometheus

We are using Prometheus alongwith grafana. We want to have a graph which tells us the average response time taken for queries in Prometheus(every minute)

Also we want to have a graph that tells the no of queries timed out in one minute. 

Does Prometheus provide any such metrics? if not, is there any way we can find out ?
