Overheads for using optional namespace in service discovery config

Hi Everyone, 

What are the limitations/overheads for using optional namespace  as blank as I do not have access to system namespace. 

Does using blank in namespace put extra load on service discovery. What is better way using blank or giving namespaces as we have dynamic namespace which keeps on changing as per requirement.

# Optional namespace discovery. If omitted, all namespaces are used. namespaces: own_namespace: <boolean> names: [ - <string> ]
