prometheus-netbox integration

Hi Everyone,

Recently i wanted to integrate prometheus with netbbox but i did not find a very lucid documentation o that except enix.io by the way when i integrate prometheus with netbox i encounter with an error which says :Get "http://netbox:80/api/plugins/metrics-ext/app-metrics": context deadline exceeded. and it seems prometheus did not find netbox in service discovery.
