repeat interval on alertmanager

Hi,

I have alertmanager configured to send alerts on my test systems to a slack channel. Now test systems are not immediately attended but alertmanager keeps sending alerts to slack after each repeat_interval expires. is there a way to stop these alerts from repeating again. I want them only once in the channnel.
