Hello. In running a two-node cluster peer setup, both nodes seem to run in position 1 most of the time.

Isn't node A supposed to be at 0 and B at 1 or reverse and stay rather constant most of the time?

Why does neither node perfer to be position 1? Mainly just results in a lot of duplicate alerts being sent from what I see.
