Aggregate Historic Stats and Federate to Newly Created Prometheus

Hi Team

We have deployed a new prometheus server which will be acting as a main reporting server. Federation is working fine and we can aggregate and ship stats successfully.

But the question is if it's possible to aggregate historic data and ship it to the federated server.

Our long term storage is on Thanos.

Any suggestion would be really helpful.
