Updating the Prometheus target list dynamically

Hi,

I have a use case where the endpoint IPs are changing frequently as they are the part of Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling group. I need a mechanism to dynamically update the target list on my prometheus server so that terminated instances can be removed and newly created ones can be added automatically.

Has anyone come across such a use case and a solution to it?
